Phil Hassey, also known as "philhassey", is best known for his game, Galcon.
Phil, along with Mike Kasprzak, run the Ludum Dare 48-hour game development competition.
Phil also worked on the pygame website, and is the author of Phil's Pygame Utilities, aka pgu.
