Au Sable is a horror and run 'n gun game by Benjamin Braden (Amon26).
Gameplay[]
You start the game with a character with red hair, with whom you run and jump around the environment. Two floating eyes (of sorts) follow you everywhere you go, which you need to guide past certain locks to unlock new pathways to advance to the next area. Later on you collect a shotgun with which you can shoot enemies and other obstructions.
The game is notable for its dense atmosphere, both in terms of ambient and contact sounds, and quite abstract visuals, never really obviously showing their relevance, adding to the nightmarish feel of the game.
